SmartBuy was founded and is led by Richard Baidoo, a passionate tech entrepreneur with a strong interest in technology, problem-solving, and building practical digital solutions for everyday people.
With a background in IT and hands-on technical experience, the CEO created SmartBuy to address common issues in online shopping especially reliability, communication, and delivery. The goal was simple: build a platform people can trust.
Rather than outsourcing everything, the CEO is directly involved in the development, management, and improvement of the SmartBuy platform. This ensures that customer feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made quickly.
